Ladies and Gentlemen:
I would like to know from some of the rescue groups/individuals if you have a lawyer write up your placement contract or application?
I have some forms for rescue groups from the local shelter, but they don't address this issue.

I have some contracts. They weren't written by a lawyer but someone in our group is a lawyer and she looked at them. We've had to go take cats back twice. The contract held up. Lemme know if you want one.
