Is it possible to set a block higher up in the header, like the originating server address. If so, then he can change his handle all he wants and he would always be blocked. Have many gone over to that forum that was mentioned here some time ago.

Sorry about the ridiculous cross post, but this was a legitimate question, and I have no idea what group it came from.
Yes you can block higher up than e-mail address. What I've started to do is block based on cross-posting. Seems pretty effective at eliminating TPW and those who reply to him (you can block on posting host, but most of Jerry's messages are sent through google, which makes it more difficult).
