"puppy parole" idea

well there is a popular scheme here in the uk where by at xmas dogs are in short term fosters to give them a break from kennels and a nicexmas but what very often happens is that the ppl love having the dog so much they adopt it which is great as it kills two birds with one stone but some ppl only offer their homes once a year in the scheme.
