Your cat needs to be seen by a vet. He could be seriously injured, and if you don't take him to the vet ASAP, you may have a DEAD cat, or a cat that is in pain and suffering. Call your friends, family, whatever and find someone to lend you the money. Maybe the vet will be willing to work out a payment plan if you explain your situation. Write a bad check and call clinic the next day to make arrangements to pay it later if that's what it takes. I would also suggest you put screens on your windows so this does not happen again.

Since this is an obvious troll (because if you were a pet owner you'd go to a vet or emergency hospital), so what you should do is jump out of the same window!
