I have a Siamese cat who is 17 years old. He is in great shape, no medical problems at all. The question is, does a cat get senile? He won't let me out of his sight and when I am, (the bathroom, outside, leaving for work), he makes the most horrible noisey yowl. When I sleep he has to sleep on me or the same thing happens! It is driving me crazy. Any thoughts?

I think he could be getting senile but it could also be a result of suffering a medical conditions so you better have him examined by a vet to make sure that there is no psychical reason for his behavior.
