And once again I agree with Sharon.
A suggested plan based on my experiences (ie there's just is no good reason for you to make the same stupid mistakes I've made)
Trap her and take her straight to the vet to be spayed and treated.
While she's asleep have he ears checked and cleaned if necessary. Tame cats don't like having their ears cleaned, ferals would go psycho.
Have the vet apply flea drops like Revolution of TopSpot. That also helps with ear mites.
Have her ear tipped or bring a collar with a tag to the vet and have the vet put it on while she's asleep - There is a chance she escapes and if so the $10 for a collar and tag will seem like a bargin ( I just got back a lost cat cause the person that found him got my name and number off his collar)
