My Niece has a 5 yr. old cat that 2 vets diagnosed with Hemangio. The cats foot is triple the size and constantly is bleeding. The 2nd Vet (my Vet) suggested Amputation. My nieces family thinks this is cruel. I don't know if the cat is in any pain. Does anyone have experience with this? Or any stories about successful amputations I can pass on to her? Thanks for any input Peggy

Hemangio? I have a cat with Hemangiosarcoma, an extremely rare (in cats) cancer. Are you dealing with the same thing?
